Hi, I'm Kirsten, the illustrator behind Kirsten B Designs.
I’m based in Newbury, United Kingdom, and I specialise in pet portraits, wildlife illustrations, and bespoke artwork for businesses. My work is all about storytelling: capturing personality, memories, and meaningful moments through hand-drawn illustrations.
Art has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. From early sketches with suns in the corners of my pages to studying Graphic Design, creativity has always been a constant companion. Over time, that passion grew into Kirsten B Designs, a space where I can share my work and create illustrations that feel personal, thoughtful, and timeless: my own little creative corner.

What inspires me most are the stories we encounter every day: the personalities of beloved pets, the beauty of wildlife, and the character behind small businesses.
When I create an illustration, I’m not just drawing how something looks. I focus on the little details that make it unique: a curious expression, a familiar pose, or the feeling a memory carries.
My process combines traditional drawing with digital techniques, preserving the warmth of hand-drawn artwork while refining the details.
